For corporate clients looking to create an unforgettable event, we offer a package that assists with extensive planning, décor and design services and on-site day of coordination. Our package includes approximately 40 hours of planning with the client leading up to the event.

 

**Fundraisers or charity events receive a 15% discount off the total package price**

 

This package includes:

  • Assisting with venue selection for all activities
  • Collaborating with the selected caterer to create a custom menu
  • Assisting with all travel and hotel/room block accommodations
  • Developing and monitoring event budget
  • Assisting with selecting and managing speaker (accommodations, fees, etc.)
  • Creating a custom website for registration and/or ticket purchases
  • Communicating with vendors for audiovisual and technical needs
  • Managing a hospitality suite for special guests
  • Coordinating childcare services (if needed)
  • Coordinating conference amenity printing (tote bags, folders, pens, etc.)
  • Arranging for exhibitor space as needed
  • Facilitating delivery of event materials to site
  • Providing graphic design needs for branding event
  • Designing printed materials (Save the Dates, Invitations, Programs, Hotel Welcome letters, etc.)*
  • 10 hours On-site coordination the day of the event (additional hours can be added as needed)
  • Distributing evaluation materials at the end of the event (if desired)
  • Providing a post detailed financial report (once all vendor payments have been processed)

 

Pricing for this package begins at $4,500.

*This does not include the pricing for actual décor or printed materials needed to execute the design for the event and your stationery needs. Our Director of Design will create a separate, custom proposal for all décor items needed.
