Baby Shower Events

Planning for your new bundle of joy can be time-consuming enough, that you shouldn’t have to focus that energy on planning a baby shower celebration as well. Allow us to plan a detailed event for you and your closest friends and family. We want you to share your dream ideas with us so that we can create a memorable event that you can enjoy, while we take care of all the planning and coordination details.

 

This package includes:

 

  • Complimentary Initial consultation
  • 5 one-hour planning meetings (with vendors present as needed)
  • Custom printed materials for up to 40 guests (Invitations, Menu Cards, Themed Games)*
  • 1 decorated table with tablecloth and décor for gifts
  • 1 cake table decorated with tablecloth
  • 8 hours of design & styling, with one of our Directors of Design*
  • A final walk through at the venue(s) with the appropriate vendors
  • Decorated head table & chair(s) for guest(s) of honor
  • Custom designed candy & sweets buffet for guests; with custom favor bags

This does not include the pricing for actual décor or printed materials needed to execute the design for the event and your stationery needs. Our Director of Design will create a separate, custom proposal for all décor items needed.

Mitzvah Party Package

This package is for clients who have already worked extensively with their synagogue and have all of their religious details under control. We will work with you to ensure that your time with us is spent planning an amazing celebratory bash! This full-service planning package captures design and planning of the Bar or Bat Mitzvah celebration and one associated event (such as Shabbat Dinner, Kiddush, or Sunday brunch, etc.).

This package includes:

  • Complimentary Initial consultation
  • 12 one-hour planning meetings (with vendors present if needed)
  • Managing all vendor contract negotiations
  • Assisting with selecting a unique theme
  • 10 hours of design & styling, with one of our Directors of Design*
  • Designing printed materials (Save the Dates, Invitations, Programs, Hotel Welcome letters, etc.)*
  • Assisting with caterer selection and menu selection
  • Floral décor for the bima (if permitted)
  • Coordinating transportation and lodging
  • Assisting with seating chart
  • A customized itinerary for day of event
  • A final walk through at the venue(s) with the appropriate vendors
  • 8 hours on-site full-service coordination the day of the event (2 KDE staff present)
  • Coordinating all final payments to vendors

Mitzvah Party Package



Quinceanera Party Package

This package is for clients who have already worked extensively with their church and have all of their religious details under control. We will work with you to ensure that your time with us is spent planning an amazing celebratory bash! This full-service planning package captures design and planning of the Quince celebration.
